●Working voltage: DC5V-24V (The controller cannot regulate the output voltage at the VCC. That means the output voltage of your power supply must be the same as the work voltage of your led lights. )

● Search “Magic-LED” or scanning the QR code on the operating instructions to download and install the App.

● Please use a power supply not a battery to power the controller. The output power of power supply must be more than the max power of led light. For example, if the work voltage and max amp of your led light is 5V 10A 50W, power supply output must be 5V 10A 50W at least. Otherwise, it will work smoothly.

●If the color is wrong, for example, you choose the red, but the color of the light strip is green, you need to choose a different settings, such as RGB, RBG, GRB, GBR, BGR or BRG.

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with what you have received. Item must be returned in all original packaging, with nothing modified or damaged. Refund for purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping will be issued once item has been returned, inspected, and tested by Epic lights.
